We take care of everything: World-class, Reggio Emilia camp for your kids, vetted family housing, and a curated community so you’re never navigating a new city alone. You show up. We handle the rest.
Camp
Kids are in great hands during your workday.
Our Reggio Emilia, nature-forward camp for ages 8 and under and our Adventure camp for ages 9+ runs during US working hours. Beach trips, nature walks, weekly themed projects or activities, and a family-style dinner included. Kids come home joyfully worn out.
Community
Feel like you’re studying abroad again.
Opening and closing celebrations, family events, adults-only day trips, local workshops, all with a group of families who chose this life on purpose.

We work with trusted local partners to find homes built for real family living, meeting high quality standards, with thoughtful touches like fridge fills and baby/kid gear so arrival feels like settling in, not starting over.

For Summer 2027, we’re expanding to three carefully chosen European destinations, each selected for walkability, family-friendliness, and the kind of local culture that makes you never want to leave.

One of the hardest parts of travel is doing it without people who get it. Roam Collective solves that. Your community is built into the experience, with families from across the country who made the same choice you did.
In Summer 2026, our Collectives combined 62 families and 123 kids, ranging from 9 months to 12 years old, representing states from California to Connecticut, Illinois to Tennessee. Different backgrounds, one shared belief: summer can be something extraordinary.

The housing
Homes that actually feel like home.
We work with trusted local property managers at each destination to find and vet extended-stay homes built for real family living. Homes are chosen for space, proximity to other Roam families, and thoughtful arrival touches, like fridge fills and baby/kid gear, so Day 1 feels like settling in, not starting over.
